You can find a size chart for each product on the product page. Our collars are all 2.5cm wide and fit dogs with a neck circumference of at least 29cm (Jack Russell) up to 58cm (Great Dane). Our bandanas are available in different designs, starting from size XS for very small dogs up to XL for very large breeds.

Care Instruction Collars & Leashes:

You can easily wipe our collars and leashes with a damp cloth. More stubborn stains can be removed from the collar with an acetone-free nail polish remover. Brass is a material that breathes, so it oxidizes, so it can tarnish over time. However, if it does, you can easily clean it by diluting vinegar essence with water and wiping the brass with the mixture. So your leash will look (almost) like new, even after many adventures.

Care Instruction Bandanas:

Our bandanas are made from 100% cotton and can easily be washed in the washing machine at 30°C.

Our collars and leashes are lovingly handcrafted in our Cologne Manufacture. Our charms and bandanas are handcrafted by our local teams in Bali. Our team in Bali consists of family-owned manufacturers who have mastered their craft and can therefore ensure the best possible quality of our charms and bandanas.

We make sure that each product is carefully and lovingly handcrafted using high-quality materials, so that it can accompany you and your dog for a long time - and make you happy. However, should you ever have a problem and need a repair, please send us an email to hey@nanidogwear.com stating your name, your order number and photos so that we can see if and how we can fix the problem .

As a conscious company we have opted for the most sustainable packaging possible: Our collar and leash sets are packed in beautiful, reusable cotton bags and our bandanas come with a small cardboard packaging. We also use cardboard for shipping and send your order climate-neutrally via DHL

Our companies headquarter is in Germany. This means that customers who receive their Nani Dogwear order within the EU do not have to pay any customs fees either. The customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be incurred outside the EU.

You can return unused products to us in their original condition within 14 days. The customer bears the costs of the return shipment. We recommend choosing a shipping service provider with tracking.
